A Fun Day With Dad

Lydia and Ben were excited to go to the playground with their dad. They pretended the playground was a magical castle. Lydia was the brave princess, and Ben was the fearless knight. Their dad decided to play along and became the troll under the castle bridge. They giggled as they planned their adventure.

Dad, the troll, roared playfully from under the bridge. 'Who dares to cross my bridge?' he asked. Lydia and Ben held hands and bravely stepped forward. 'We do!' they shouted together. They had to come up with a clever plan to get past the troll.

Lydia whispered to Ben, and they both smiled. Ben ran around the playground, distracting the troll. Meanwhile, Lydia tiptoed over the bridge. Dad pretended to be confused and chased after Ben. Lydia quickly crossed the bridge and called out to Ben, 'I made it!'

With Lydia safely across, Ben ran back to join her. They both cheered and laughed. Dad, the troll, came out from under the bridge, smiling. 'You two are too clever for me!' he said. They spent the rest of the day playing and having fun together.
