He pushed and shoved until he broke through the surface, feeling the warm sun on his back. Ch7: The Importance of Community. He saw how the cicadas worked together, their collective song filling the air. Ch8: The Song of the Cicada. Squeaky discovered that the song of the cicada was a love song, a call to attract a mate and start a new generation. Ch9: Sharing Joy, Spreading Kindness.
